Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 10/15/2026

Aura Concierge Wellness respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you visit our website, contact us, request information, or interact with our online services.

This website's Privacy Policy is separate from any Notice of Privacy Practices that may apply to medical information created or maintained in connection with your healthcare.

Information We Collect

When you interact with Aura, we may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, service location, appointment-related information, and other information you choose to provide.

If you become a patient, additional health and clinical information may be collected through our patient portal, medical evaluation process, or directly from you in connection with your care. Medical information is handled in accordance with applicable federal and California privacy laws and the privacy practices of the professional medical entity providing your care.

We may also automatically collect limited technical information when you use our website, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website or advertising source, approximate location derived from your IP address, and interactions with the website.

How We Use Information

We may use information to operate and improve our website, respond to questions, schedule and coordinate appointments, communicate with you about your visit, provide requested services, process payments, maintain appropriate records, protect the security of our systems, measure website and advertising performance, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Information provided for clinical care may also be used by authorized healthcare professionals for treatment, clinical review, documentation, healthcare operations, and other purposes permitted by applicable law.

Medical and Health Information

Clinical information you provide in connection with receiving healthcare is treated differently from ordinary website information.

Your medical history, medications, allergies, treatment records, evaluations, and other clinical information are maintained and used in accordance with applicable healthcare privacy requirements.

Where applicable, additional information about the use and disclosure of your medical information and your rights regarding that information is provided in Aura's Notice of Privacy Practices.

If there is a conflict between this website's Privacy Policy and an applicable Notice of Privacy Practices regarding protected medical information, the Notice of Privacy Practices controls.

Scheduling, Patient Portal, and Third-Party Services

Aura uses third-party service providers to help operate certain parts of the patient experience, including scheduling, patient communications, clinical evaluations, electronic medical records, payment processing, website hosting, analytics, and other business functions.

When you use a third-party platform, information may also be processed in accordance with that provider's privacy practices.

We limit access to personal and medical information to individuals and service providers who need it to perform authorized functions or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

Payment Information

Payment card information is processed through authorized payment-processing platforms.

Aura's website does not directly store your full payment card number. Payment information may be maintained securely by our payment processor when you authorize a card to be kept on file.

Payment information may be used for authorized treatment charges and other charges permitted under agreements or authorizations you provide, including applicable cancellation or no-show charges.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Measurement

Aura may use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the website, remember preferences, measure website performance, identify how visitors arrived at the site, and evaluate the effectiveness of Aura's advertising.

Analytics and advertising service providers may receive limited information about devices, browsers, and website interactions in connection with these functions.

Aura does not sell patient medical information.

Aura does not authorize the use of protected medical information for advertising or marketing purposes except where specifically permitted by law or separately authorized by the patient.

This website uses Google Analytics, a Google service, to measure visits and how the website is used. It is set with advertising signals turned off, and it does not receive your name, your health information, or anything you type into a form.

Do Not Track and Privacy Preference Signals

Some browsers provide a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no universally accepted standard governing how websites should respond to Do Not Track signals, our website may not respond to all such signals.

Where required by applicable law, Aura will recognize legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, when technically supported and applicable to the information being collected.

How We Share Information

We may disclose information to authorized healthcare professionals and entities involved in your care; vendors and service providers performing services on our behalf; payment, scheduling, technology, analytics, and communications providers; and governmental, regulatory, legal, or law-enforcement authorities when required or permitted by law.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect patients, our personnel, Aura, or others from fraud, misuse, safety threats, or unlawful activity.

We do not sell patient medical information.

Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on the type of information involved and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to certain information, request correction of inaccurate information, obtain copies of certain records, request restrictions on certain uses or disclosures, or request deletion of certain non-medical personal information.

Requests to delete information are subject to legal exceptions. In particular, medical records and other information that Aura or the treating professional entity is legally required or permitted to retain may not be deleted upon request alone.

California residents may have additional privacy rights under applicable California law. These rights vary depending on the type of information involved and whether a particular privacy law applies to Aura or the professional medical entity providing your care.

California law generally provides qualifying consumers with rights to access, correct, delete, and restrict certain uses or disclosures of personal information, subject to exceptions.

To submit a privacy request, contact us at:

info@auraconciergewellness.com

For requests involving your medical record, you may also use the Aura patient portal.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

Data Security

Aura and its service providers use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.

No website, electronic communication, or information-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive medical information through ordinary email unless specifically instructed to do so.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and as required by applicable clinical, business, regulatory, tax, legal, and record-retention requirements.

Medical records may be subject to separate retention requirements and are not governed solely by website data retention practices.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change.

When material changes are made, the revised policy will be posted on this website with an updated effective date.
